Ages 6 to 14. The interface adapts to three groups (6–8, 9–11, 12–14) and the app's autonomy model is designed to graduate teens out by 14–15.

No. Children never sign up. Their device is paired with a one-time code to your family. Only adults have accounts.
Only what's needed to run the app: parent email, child name (and optional birth date), device info, task and screen-time activity. No tracking, no third-party analytics, no ads.
Free plan supports one child. Premium supports up to five — each with their own profile, settings, devices and balances.
Determined kids can factory-reset devices. CanGuru focuses on building trust and autonomy, not on adversarial lockdown. We notify parents on suspicious activity.
There's a manual override — parents can add screen time directly without going through the points system, for emergencies or family movie nights.
